Chance and the Time Wizards' Curse

Synopsis

Chance always wanted to follow in the footsteps of the greatest heroes of the world, but it hasn’t quite gone to plan. As she enters the town of Chime at the heart of the Kingdom of Overdale she finds herself tangled up in a curse placed upon the kingdom by nine Wizards of Time, trapping the residents in a moment, doomed to be repeated for all eternity. Chance must make her way through puzzle-filled dungeons, treacherous forests and monster- infested mountains to track down the broken shards of a time crystal to restore the passage of time to the land of Overdale. Can Chance uncover the mysteries of the Nine Time Wizards and save the kingdom from their temporal prison, or is her Heroine career destined to be stuck in limbo for all eternity?

Overview

In Chance and the time Wizards' Curse players take the role of Chance, a plucky young adventurer looking to become a hero like the heroes of legend. On their adventure Chance will collect tools and equipment which help her move around the world, enter dungeons, solve puzzles, fight monsters and defeat bosses. However, once she reaches the end of a dungeon the effect of the curse removes her equipment and places it all randomly around the world. Players can find upgrades for their equipment to keep hold of it on a reset and doing so will give them access to more of the world, more dungeons, puzzles, and monsters. Players must collect 7 shards of a time crystal to stop the resets entirely and return the land of Overdale to peace and progress.
